You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, copy its content or branding, or use it for any unlawful activity.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, change, or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but the way colours appear on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any taxes or duties that may apply to your location. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is correct. If we discover an obvious error in a price — for example, a price that is clearly wrong — we are not obliged to honour it, and we'll contact you before processing or cancelling the affected order.

Products may be subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock after you've paid, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation, at which point a contract is formed between you and us. Until then, we may decline an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, the price is incorrect, or we suspect fraud.

Payment is taken securely through our payment providers at checkout. If a payment fails, the order won't be processed. Orders can be cancelled before they ship — email support@evoura.com as soon as possible.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page, but they are estimates — actual delivery dates aren't guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For full details on processing, delivery, and international orders, see our Shipping Policy.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used steam eye masks can't be returned for health and safety reasons, but damaged or faulty items are always made right. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

EVOURA steam eye masks are single-use consumer products for external use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Always follow the instructions on the packaging, and stop using the product if you experience discomfort or irritation. Consult a doctor before use if you have an eye condition or recent eye surgery.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, packaging designs, and theEVOURA name and branding — belongs to EVOURA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVOURA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or missed opportunities — arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and the terms in place when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
